Action Against Hunger-USA is looking for a Head of Logistics to be based in Nairobi while supporting the field offices in Kenya. The Head of Logistics is a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and as such is one of four department heads who support the Country Director and, jointly with the other SMT members, contributes actively to the vision and direction of the entire Kenya Mission. The Head of Logistics will provide strategic leadership, vision and direction to the Logistics department in Kenya, optimizing the Logistics department in Nairobi and, in collaboration with the logistics field team, oversee implementation of the 2015/2020 logistics strategy, while building on previously developed best practices.
