(Description of services, activities, or outputs)

1. Update of standard protocol for the household survey with submission to provincial and national ethic committees
2. Update of operational guidelines, questionnaires, training material, pilot-testing that are already available for KAP survey
3. Manage the conduct of the HH survey with a +/- 1000 interview sample related to the SRHR situation (knowledge, choices and behaviors among adolescents and youth) in the project areas of intervention
4. Collect, clean and analyze the baseline data it generates
5. Ensure quality control of the survey processes
6. Provide timely preliminary and final reporting material
7. Participate in meetings to report about survey results
